  • Use a smartphone/camera: The image/picture should be taken using a smartphone or a camera to ensure good quality and clarity. Avoid using low-resolution or blurry images.
  • Upload the image/picture: Make sure to upload the image/picture in its original format, such as JPEG or PNG, to maintain its quality.
  • Capture only the face: The image/picture should focus only on the face, preferably till the neck, to ensure that the facial features are clearly visible.
  • Ensure brightness and clarity: The image/picture should be well-lit and bright, with clear and sharp details. Avoid images that are too dark, blurry, or overexposed.
  • Use original copies: Do not use filters or scanned images/pictures. Upload only original images/pictures to ensure accuracy.

Dont's
  • Do not send pictures selected from WhatsApp: Please refrain from sending pictures that were selected or downloaded from WhatsApp.
  • Do not send screenshots: Avoid sending screenshots as pictures, as they may not have the best quality and can be difficult to view.
  • Do not send pictures with dark or black backgrounds: Pictures with dark or black backgrounds may not be clear and may not convey the intended message effectively.
  • Do not send pictures downloaded from Instagram or Facebook: Please avoid using pictures downloaded from Instagram or Facebook, as they may not be appropriate for all purposes and may raise copyright concerns.
  • Do not apply filters to the picture: Avoid using filters or editing the picture in a way that distorts the original content or changes its intended meaning.
Following these guidelines will help ensure that the pictures you send are of high quality, appropriate to make an embroidered portrait.
Privacy policy
It has been our policy to never share customer's photo/picture, email address, contact details with anyone else. The image will only ever be used to make the portraits, after the order is placed. While care is taken to ensure any items sold at Threads n Face are of the highest quality.
Payment Terms
  • Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, internet banking online, GooglePay.
  • Portraits or Decor items will be shipped and delivery times may vary depending on the location, where they are shipped.
  • All payments made to the Threads n Face are processed through a third party like Paypal who use encryption to the maximum strength.
  • No credit card details are kept by us.
  • In some cases, a credit card transaction processed by Paypal may be subject to a currency conversion fee applied by the credit card issuer. Any additional fees applied are not within the jurisdiction of Threads n Face.
  • All Prices and Specials quotes at Threads n Face are in INR and subject to change at any time. Shipping and handling fees are often additional and applied at the checkout.
  • Threads n Face retains the right to sell or to decline to sell to any customer for any reason whatsoever.

How long will my order take to deliver, once shipped ?
  • We partner with the best courier companies globally and will choose the one that is more efficient in your pin-code.
  • It takes up to 7 working days for the customised Portraits to any location in India.
  • International shipments take 15 working days (after the product is shipped) to reach Western countries.
  • We will provide you with tracking information, once your order is shipped so you can track the real-time progress of your shipment.
How can I redeem the coupon codes?
  • You will get an option to redeem your coupon codes on the view cart page. Your bill will be adjusted once you redeem your coupon code.
Support
Threads n Face will work with customer to help upload the photos/picture.
It will digitise the image through software, and if the quality of the photo/picture is low in resolution or blurry, then another picture of HD quality should be uploaded.
Assistance will be provided for any problem to be resolved.
