Return Policy

As a personalized store, we do not accept cancellations or refunds on orders, as they are immediately processed upon receipt. However, we do offer replacements in case you receive the wrong product or if it arrives in a damaged condition.

To claim a replacement, please follow the conditions outlined below:

  • Video Recording: Please record a video while opening the delivered package. The video should be clear and unedited, and should clearly show the condition of the product upon opening.
  • Report Within 48 Hours: You must report any issues with the delivered product within 48 hours of receipt via email __________Please include the video recording as an attachment in your email.

Once we receive your report and video recording, we will review the issue and determine if a replacement is warranted. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the conditions outlined above are not met.

Refunds

Due to personalized creation of the items, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Threads n Face does not offer refunds or exchanges for personalized items, including portrait embroidery, due to the nature of the personalized creation process. It’s important to note that all sales are final and Threads n Face does not provide money-back guarantees.

As a customer, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

Threads n Face also assures the accuracy, availability, reliability, and quality of their personalized embroidered portraits. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, it's best to contact Threads n Face directly to address them.

 

Cancellation Policy

If your order is combined with other active orders from your account and is shipped as a single shipment (common tracking number), then cancelling one order/item would result in cancellation of all the other orders/items combined in the shipment.

For orders shipped directly by the seller, your order will be cancelled by the seller. A refund will be processed to your original payment method by the seller, if the payment was already made.

International customers cannot cancel an export order once it is shipped. However, they may refuse delivery of the product(s) and contact us to get a refund.
